The founder
RAQIOM is led by an operator, not an observer — someone who ran the systems these products now serve.

Artyom Abramovich started in information security and cyber warfare — and finished his studies with the department head's personal recommendation, the only student in years to receive one. Security is not a feature he added later; it is where he comes from.
Then came the operating years: CTO of a nationwide company with 35 branches, responsible for its IT and infrastructure from top to bottom. Running IT for a global company. Today, directing the PMO of a managed-service provider that supports businesses across many industries — living daily inside the exact problems RAQIOM products solve. Along the way: a project-management certification and a CIO management course completed with distinction.
Through all of it, one itch would not go away: the tools were never good enough. They demoed well and fell apart under real operations — so he started building his own, with the attention to detail he could not find anywhere else.
That is RAQIOM — not a startup experimenting with your operation.
These are the tools an operator built because nothing else met the bar — and he uses them himself, every day.
